Studio Sound System
Suburbia has a professional sound system with:
2× DbTechnologies Db12 PA speakers in studio + supporting speakers in kitchen.
Airplay for Apple devices.
Spotify streaming.
XLR mic input.
RCA input.
When you arrive in the studio the sound system will most likely be set to Airplay, if you require Spotify streaming or RCA inputs please ask and we will change the inputs on our end.
If you want to bring in larger sound systems, subwoofers, mixers, etc please get in touch so we can make sure it’ll all work for you.
For all wireless connections join WIFI ‘Suburbia NZ’ with the password ‘PhotoStudio’.
Airplay Instructions.
Join WIFI ‘Suburbia NZ’ with the password ‘PhotoStudio’.
On iOS devices, swipe down to Control Center and tap the Airplay logo in the media widget.
On MacOS go to Control Center and tap the Airplay logo in the sound widget.
Select ‘Suburbia Airplay’.
If you are connected and no audio is coming through speakers turn up the volume, if there’s still no sound let us know and we will get it running.
Spotify Instructions.
Join WIFI ‘Suburbia NZ’ with the password ‘PhotoStudio’.
Open Spotify and navigate to devices.
Select ‘SuburbianNoise’. If this does not show up, you may need to change your network or app settings, Spotify should prompt this.
If you are connected and no audio is coming through speakers let us know and we will get it running.
